Our Doctors

Dr. Kenneth Nogacek graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1989. After earning his dental degree, Dr. Nogacek served in the U.S. Navy for five years. He is a veteran of the first Gulf War and was deployed to northern Iraq as part of humanitarian operations to aid the Kurdish refugees.

Dr. Melissa Nogacek has been a general dentist for over 30 years. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed her general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Washington, D.C. In 1991 she came to CT with her husband, who was a Navy dentist at the time assigned to the Groton Submarine Base. Dr. Nogacek joined Waterford Dental Health in 1992.

Dr. Jason Campbell received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Following dental school, Dr. Campbell completed a general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Ross D. Sanfilippo is a native of Salem, CT.  He received his bachelor’s degree at Fairfield University and his master’s degree at the University of Hartford.  Dr. Sanfilippo received his Doctorate degree with honors from Boston University School of Dental Medicine.
